Aconcagua Day Tour from Mendoza — a High Mountain Route experience
Admire Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas, on a full-day experience along Mendoza’s High Mountain Route, without the need for a demanding hike.
This tour is designed for travelers who want to enjoy the scale of the Andes, high-altitude landscapes, and the stories of the route, but with a comfortable pace, carefully selected stops, and low physical effort.
The day brings together some of the most iconic places in Mendoza’s high mountain region: Potrerillos, Cacheuta, Uspallata, Puente del Inca, and Aconcagua Provincial Park, where we take a gentle walk to Laguna Horcones.
The trail is easy and non-technical, with open views of Aconcagua’s south face and surrounding glaciers. It is the perfect moment to feel the scale of the Andes, take photos, and enjoy the landscape without rushing.
To complete the experience, we include breakfast in Uspallata, a snack for the road, and a traditional Argentine lunch with asado, wine, and dessert in a local mountain restaurant.
