If you’re looking for a peaceful, stunning horseback riding experience alongside some of the sweetest, most genuine people, book this trip! Joaquin was incredibly responsive even before we booked and ended up being such a joy to spend the day with. He picked us up after one of our wine tastings, brought us to his business partner, Manuel’s home, and guided us through the mountains alongside his adorable little daughter and another guide, Daniel. The horseback riding itself was incredible. We had the freedom to choose our own paths and go at our own pace, climbing hills, crossing shallow rivers, and riding through entire fields with no one else in sight. Halfway through, we stopped to enjoy delicious local wine and cheese surrounded by the beautiful scenery. But as incredible as the ride was, our favorite part of the day was being welcomed into the family’s asado. The food was delicious, of course, but what made it truly special was how genuinely welcomed we felt. Sharing wine, stories, and a meal with people we had only just met was such a meaningful experience, and one we’ll remember for years to come. It never felt like a tourist experience; it felt like being invited into a little piece of their everyday life. My husband and I both found so much peace throughout the day, and we left feeling incredibly grateful for the experience. We booked this trip looking for a fun horseback ride, but we walked away with so much more: beautiful memories, a genuine connection with wonderful people, and a renewed appreciation for the simple things that make an experience unforgettable. I would recommend this company again and again. If you have the opportunity to go, don’t hesitate. This was truly something special.
